Oluchi has extensive experience in asset management, customer relationship management, business development, credit management, compliance, and financial management. Skilled in account penetration, portfolio growth, and investment mobilisation, she has consistently delivered results across retail, institutional, and wealth management segments.

Over the years, she has driven impactful initiatives, including growing consumer loan asset portfolios, expanding balance sheets within record time, and contributing to the establishment and development of new businesses across financial institutions, wealth management, and retail start-ups. Notably, as a pioneering member of Norrenberger Asset Management Limited, she played a vital role in building the institution’s department from the ground up.

Currently serving as Vice President, Oluchi continues to leverage her expertise in strategy execution, client acquisition, and financial structuring to drive business growth and deliver value. She holds a B.Sc. in Pure & Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an Executive Management Development Programme certificate from SP Jain School of Global Management, Dubai, and the CFA Institute Foundations Certificate
